The Cantus Angeli International Choir Festival

The "Cantus Angeli" International Choir Festival is an event that promotes the meeting between musical, vocal, choral and folkloric groups, national and international. Each participating group freely exhibits its own musical repertoire. The Festival is not a competition but encourages the meeting between different and distant cultures and musical traditions. Participation at the Festival is open to all musical, vocal and choral groups without any limitation. At the Festival "Cantus Angeli", born in 2006, took part groups from different countries all over the world. We experienced great satisfaction from all participants for the organizational formula that combines the love for music with the beauty of our area, rich in history, art and culture. The Festival includes participation in concerts and performances in theaters, churches and amphitheaters chosen specifically for the particular acoustic characteristics or to enrich the repertoires of each musical group. Locations such as the enchanting cities of Naples and Salerno, the wonderful places of the Amalfi and Sorrento Coasts, the legendary Cilento and small towns that contain true hidden treasures, will be the privileged places for the groups' visits and performances. The spirit of the "Cantus Angeli" Festival is to create a welcoming atmosphere, reinforce the feelings of brotherhood, union and friendship among the different choirs, them being actors and spectators at the same time.
