Repertoire, Style, and Musical Groups
The repertoire is free: whenever possible, performing a composition typical of the group’s place of origin is highly appreciated.
There are no mandatory pieces, only two songs to be performed together.
Participation in the Festival is open to all musical, vocal, and choral groups without age, repertoire, style, era, or musical genre limitations, with or without accompanying instrumentation.Final Schedule
The definitive program and schedule will be announced by October 10, 2026.
It will specify the locations, performances, and times for each group, organized based on repertoire, style, and musical genre, as well as the selected stay period. The organization will also consider, within logistical limits, the requests and needs expressed by each group.
The organization reserves the right to modify the basic program, the allocation of events to days, or to designate alternative performance venues or events for organizational or force majeure reasons.
Each musical group is guaranteed participation in at least four performances and all guided tours included in the basic program.Registration Process
Registration requests must be submitted by completing the registration form available on the Festival's website or by contacting the organization to request the necessary documentation.
The registration deadline is June 30, 2026.
Requests submitted after this date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A maximum number of participants is also set.
Registration is subject to acceptance by the organization.
Within 10 days of acceptance, the group must pay 20% of the participation fee based on the provisional number of participants indicated during registration (failure to do so may result in acceptance of other, later requests).
By September 15, 2026, each group must send the final music programs for each performance, including the list of pieces and their durations, the instruments used, the final list of participants with room assignments, and the arrival and departure dates and times.
By October 1, 2026, the balance of the participation fees must be paid according to the calculation provided by the organization.Participation Fee
The individual participation fee for the basic program is €345.00, including accommodation in a four-star hotel (or a three-star hotel of equivalent quality) in double or triple rooms.- Single room supplement: €25.00 per day (maximum of three single rooms per group; additional single rooms have a supplement of €40.00 per day).
The individual participation fee for the basic program includes:
a. Assistance from arrival to departure.
b. Participation in the “Parade of Choirs.”
c. Participation in the “Opening Concert.”
d. Participation in “The Choir Teaches!”
e. Participation in the “Meeting Concert.”
f. Participation in the “Choir Gala.”
g. Participation in the “Great Concert of Choirs”
h. Participation in the outdoor performance “Voices in the Air.”
i. Guided tours in Festival locations as per the basic program (any costs for radio guide equipment are to be covered by the group).
j. Accommodation in single, double, or triple rooms with private bathrooms (any tourist tax is to be covered by the group).
k. Four nights' accommodation with breakfast in a hotel.
l. Four dinners (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) as per the basic program.
m. One complimentary spot in a double room for every 25 full-paying participants (valid only for groups taking part in the entire standard program and staying at least four nights in the hotel).All events will comply with current regulations at the time of the festival and may be conducted differently from previous editions. Descriptions of events on the website and informational materials are for illustrative and general information purposes only.
Bus transportation is essential for both performances and guided tours.
The participation fee does not include bus service for transfers or anything not listed under “The individual participation fee for the basic program includes.” Hospitality for the driver, including any extras, is at the choir’s expense.
Customized Programs
Each musical group can choose to participate in the basic program or request modifications to suit their needs. The organization will strive to create personalized programs, including varying stay durations. Fees will be calculated accordingly.Additional activities can include:
- Additional concerts and performances.
- Liturgical animations for Masses in local churches or prestigious sacred sites.
- Extra guided tours and excursions to places like Pompeii, Sorrento, Amalfi, Ravello, the Royal Palace of Caserta, Mount Vesuvius, Paestum, etc.
Note: Excursions to the Amalfi and Sorrento Coasts must use buses no longer than 10.36 meters and no taller than 4.00 meters, unless new regulations are issued. The organization can provide minibus services if the group’s bus exceeds these dimensions.Travel/Transportation
Travel by bus is recommended. For those arriving by train or plane, all transfers can be arranged for the entire duration of the Festival, as the use of a bus is essential for both concerts and guided tours. Groups using the organization’s buses may be grouped and/or split to optimize the service, including sharing the same bus.Companions
Non-musicians, such as friends, family, or other group members, can also attend the Festival under the same conditions.Instruments
Groups may use their own musical instruments. A piano will always be available at performance venues.Cuisine
During the Festival, each choir can enjoy Italian cuisine, particularly Mediterranean and Campanian specialties. Dietary needs or food intolerances should be communicated to the organization. Dinners are usually held at the hotel unless otherwise specified by the organization.Assistance/Guides
The official Festival languages are Italian and English.
Each group will have an assigned assistant for any needs during the Festival and a language guide for the tours.Cancellation Policy
- Up to 20% of registered participants can cancel without penalty up to 30 days before arrival. Beyond 20%, a penalty of 50% of the base fee or agreed personalized program fee will apply.
- Up to 10% can cancel without penalty up to 15 days before arrival; beyond 10%, a 50% penalty applies.
- Up to 5% can cancel without penalty up to 8 days before arrival; beyond 5%, a 50% penalty applies.
- Cancellations less than 8 days before arrival or no-shows will incur a penalty of 80% of the base or personalized program fee.
